Accommodation Fee
The accommodation fee of $125.00 a night covers your private room, meals, laundry facility, computer room, fitness center and Ashram program. Dinner is included on the check-in day, breakfast and lunch are included on check-out day. There will be an additional fee for Airport transportation. Early Bird Specials apply to accommodations and are available for retreats that are 5 nights or more. Choose one of the suggested packages (A-F) or create your own. Reserve by 5/1 to receive a 10% accommodation discount per night. Reserve by 6/1 to receive a 5% accommodation discount per night. Chart (below) shows the applicable Early Bird Specials for one and two week retreats.

Requirements: To attend the Teacher Training Retreat students must be currently enrolled and have paid their tuition for the HYT Teacher Training and Continuing Education Program. To enroll in Teacher Training click here. Weekend event specials are available for those who wish to participate in a weekend retreat either separately or in combination with other events. In addition, Event Fees for Non-Retreat Registration (for those that will not require accommodations) are provided below. A deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your retreat. Scholarships: A small number of partial scholarships are available to those willing to volunteer their services. Send an email to info@himalayanyogatradition.com with your request for a scholarship application. Cancellation Policy: With notice prior to May 15, 2009 all deposits will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $100. After May 15, 2009 the cancellation fee is $250.
