We invite you to immerse yourself in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition (HYT) for up to two weeks by registering for full accommodations in one of the four concurrent retreats. We invite Evening Lecture Series and AHYMS participants to register on-site at the University of St. Thomas prior to the beginning of the individual events.
